Shipping Clerk (3 Month Contract – 5 Days per Week)

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate and manage shipment bookings efficiently

·       Liaise with factories and forwarders to monitor shipment schedules

·       Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (C/O), and others

·       Independently manage the full set of import/export documentation and bills of lading (B/L)

·       Handle filing, data entry, and various clerical tasks as required

Requirements:

·       Form 5 or above; preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in shipping within a trading company

·       Proactive candidates with less experience will also be considered

·       Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

·       Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and capable of working independently

·       Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

·       Three-month employment period; immediate availability is preferred
