About the role
As a Purchase Team Member (Pre-owned items) at Valuence International Limited, you will play a vital role in our purchase operations. This full-time position is based in our stores, where you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing pre-owned luxury goods to add to our diverse product range. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this exciting opportunity.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct thorough appraisals of customer items and provide accurate assessments of their value
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records of all appraisals and transactions
- Responsible for shop daily operations, stock processing and replenishment etc.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive evaluations
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the pre-owned luxury goods industry
What we're looking for
- A passion for luxury goods and a keen eye for detail
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Knowledge of the pre-owned luxury goods will be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the authenticity and quality of purchases
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
