職位描述
工作内容:
- 負責公司日常采購工作;
- 負責公司日常行政工作，包括但不限於記錄會議内容、電郵/電話回覆查詢、辦公室維修項目跟進等;
- 其他由上級安排的任務.
要求:
- 文憑或以上學歷持有人，商科出生者更佳;
- 良好英語及粵語的閲讀和書寫能力;
- 懂得使用微軟軟件，例如PowerPoint、Excel、Word。以及最少懂得任何一種中文輸入法。
工作日程:
- 每周5天工作
- 星期一至星期六
- 0900-1800
福利:
- 月薪13K-15K
- 年假12天起，按年資遞增至最高17天
- 每年6天全薪病假津貼
- 年終酬金
- 超時工作津貼
- 醫療保險
- 牙醫福利
- 銀行假期
- 酌情花紅
