海外法务主管

1. Capable of independently drafting, reviewing English business agreements, daily operational agreements, and other legal documents;

2. Possess the ability to independently conduct legal research and due diligence for overseas business operations, providing legal opinions on business models, product models, and transaction structures; capable of participating in the design of project transaction structures and proposing risk prevention measures;

3. Provide legal opinions and advice on the legal issues involved in business development, particularly concerning overseas data compliance;

4. Handle litigation cases and risk incidents independently or in collaboration with external lawyers, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with foreign counsel in English;

5. Legal Document Management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or higher, with over 5 years of experience in law practice or corporate legal advisory, including business experience in both Mainland China and non-Mainland China regions;

2. Proficient in civil and commercial law with certain litigation experience; experience in overseas data compliance and intellectual property is preferred; experience in payment and fintech or the financial industry is also preferred;

3. Prior experience in practicing in Hong Kong or other Commonwealth jurisdictions is preferred;

4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling matters outside the jurisdiction of Chinese Mainland; multi-jurisdictional experience is also preferred;

5. Possess the ability to review English contracts in writing, with clear logical thinking, fluent expression in both Chinese and English, and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

6. Proactive in work, with excellent internal and external communication and organizational coordination skills, a team spirit, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues encountered in work.
