Project Analyst (Hotel, Catering & Property)

Responsibilities

•      Evaluate potential investment opportunities of hotel industry in Hong Kong and China.

•      Conduct thorough research and analysis of the hotel industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environment and consumer behavior.

•      Evaluate financial statements, valuation models and operational performance of hotels by carrying out comprehensive due diligence.

•      Collaborate with the investment team and portfolio managers to develop sector-specific reports and investment strategies.

•      Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data.

•      Assist in preparing presentations and reports materials.

Qualifications

•      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or related field.

•      At least 5 years of relevant experience within the hospitality/hotel industry.

•      Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue models and industry’s KPIs.

•      Excellent analytical, research, problem-solving and presentation skills.

•      Strong interpersonal skill as a team player.
