Senior Warehouse Supervisor / Manager

Location:
Yuen Long (Tin Shui Wai) – Ping Ha Road, Lau Fau Shan Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily warehouse operations management, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and staff management
• Plan and optimize warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with partner companies to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Develop and implement warehouse safety management measures
• Lead the logistics and warehouse operations team, overseeing daily supervision and management
• Organize and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth operations
• Establish and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to enhance logistics standards
• Support KPI management, process optimization, and troubleshooting
• Maintain various metrics, reports, and record data
• Resolve issues related to logistics processes or customer complaints
• Lead the team to achieve company business goals and foster a positive team atmosphere

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of warehouse management experience; e-commerce warehousing experience is preferred
• Strong team leadership and cross-departmental communication skills
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and related software
• Able to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Outstanding customer service attitude and presentable appearance
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Team Leader

工作內容

• 負責倉庫日常運作管理，包括進出貨、庫存盤點及人員管理
• 規劃並優化倉儲流程，提高作業效率
• 與合作公司協調合作事宜，確保物流順暢
• 制定並執行倉庫安全管理措施
• 領導物流及倉庫運作團隊，負責日常監督及管理
• 有效組織並分配人力資源，確保運作順暢
• 制定及檢討標準作業流程（SOP）及工作指引（WI），提升物流作業標準
• 支援KPI指標管理、流程優化及問題排查
• 維護各項指標、報告及紀錄資料
• 解決物流流程或客戶投訴等相關問題
• 帶領團隊達成公司營運目標，並在團隊中建立正向工作氛圍

任職資格

• 5年以上倉庫管理經驗，有電商倉儲經驗者優先
• 具備團隊領導能力及跨部門溝通協調能力
• 熟悉倉儲管理系統與相關軟體
• 能獨立作業並具備問題解決能力
• 具良好溝通、分析、決策及問題解決能力
• 能接受加班及在壓力下工作
• 具備優良客戶服務態度及良好儀表
• 經驗較少者可考慮為團隊主管職位
