Senior Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Headquarter to align logistics strategies with business goals

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the 3PL warehouse and shipping to ensure service level are met

• Prepare weekly & monthly reports related to supply chain and conduct data analysis for warehouse performance improvements

• Responsible for order management includes sales order status, stock checks and develop VAS action plan to ensure customer satisfaction

• Supervise Logistics Coordinator to provide guidance when necessary

• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management/ or related disciplines

• At least 5 years’ experience in 3PL management or logistics management, preferably in garment industry

• Strong quantitative analysis skills with excellent experience in Microsoft Excel

• Independent, Self-motivated and good team player to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient with SAP, Power BI software would be an advantage.
