Job Description
職責
- 協助管理小型車隊，包括組織和監察門市和網單的貨物配送
- 與內部部門和外部各方緊密合作，確保日常運作暢順，以提高效率、準確性和品質
- 監察外判車輛和跟車的服務
- 制作部門收入、支出和損益分析等報表
- 監察日常車輛維護和年度檢查
- 遵照公司指引為顧客提供卓越優質服務
- 按時完成上司所委派的工作或任務
職位要求
- 中五或以上
- 3年或以上相關工作經驗，具花卉及電子商務物流的經驗者優先
- 持有效香港駕駛執照 (第1、2類)優先
- 熟悉香港街道及交通條例
- 具危機管理意識、良好溝通和組織能力，能獨立工作
- 良好電腦操作技巧 (MS Office)
- 良好閱讀及書寫中文、基本英語及普通話
- 具備以下特質包括：工作勤奮、積極主動、具團隊合作精神、有禮貌、有責任感、性格開朗、有耐性及虛心學習
- 與公司理念及價值相同具「感動顧客」的熱誠
工作地點及時間
- 太子花墟 / 09:30-18:30 (每星期工作5-6天, 每月7日休息日) 每天工作連用膳9小時
