Job Description
職責:
•協助製作麵包、如預備材料、打麵、塑型、睇爐、焗包、包裝等工作
•一般麵包製作及烘焙工作
•嚴格遵守食物準備,處理,生產,配料,賣相,安全及衛生準則
•二至三年相關工作經驗更佳
•具良好團隊合作精神,盡責,勤奮及有禮貌
•經驗較少者將獲考慮為初級麵包師
-Assisting in bread making, such as preparation of ingredients, dough beating, molding, cooking, baking, packaging, etc.
-General bread making and baking duties.
-Strict adherence to food preparation, handling, production, ingredients, presentation, safety and hygiene standards.
-Two to three years relevant working experience is an advantage
-Good team player, responsible, hardworking and courteous.
-Minor experience will be considered for Junior Baker
