Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for overall supply chain management including organizing, monitoring goods distribution for retail and e-commerce business.
  • Define and monitor KPI's on transportation activities and respective action plans to reach objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal department managers and external parties to integrate logistics with business systems and processes to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor departmental net revenue, trade spending and P&L analysis.
  • Monitor and arrange day-to-day vehicle maintenance and annual checking.
  • Provide training for transportation staff and supervise outsourcing delivery workforce.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in logistic management with 3 years of experience at supervisory level;
  • Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1, 2 vehicles is a plus;
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently;
  • Good crisis management, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good command in MS office and logistics software;
  • Experience in floristry and ecommerce logistics is an advantage.
  • Less experience will be considered as Transport Supervisor.
  • Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart”

Location and Time

  • Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:00-18:00 (5 days work week)
