What you will:

• Responsible for coordinating between suppliers, engineering teams, & customers to ensure operational efficiencies in production and deliveries.

• Request quotations from suppliers/vendors & to compare, analyze & price negotiations

• Liaise with suppliers for price, delivery & quality

• Negotiate with suppliers on cost and trade terms

• Understand materials / technical specifications and liaise with suppliers

• Source & establish network with new & capable suppliers based on project needs

• Support in any ad hoc project assigned

What will make you success:

• Bachelor's degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or related discipline

• At least 2 years relevant experience preferably in project management in engineering industry

• Excellent in interpersonal communication skills, well-organized, self-motivated, good working attitude, customer service mindset, cost conscientious and able to work under pressure

• Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
