Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
- Monitor corporate workflow procedures and processes
- Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management
- Handle office renovation and relocation projects
- Source, monitor and review vendor service and contracts
- Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned by management
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years Administration & Human Resources experience gained with well-structured organization, with at least 3 years at managerial level; relevant China HR experience is required
- Experience in hiring and HR management of staff of all levels (office managerial staff; clerical staff; Operations/Warehouse/Logistics staff incl. driver, porters, workers)
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance, China Labour Law, tax laws and other regulatory practices
- Analytical & detail-minded, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written/spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- Excellent and practical computer skills expected
- Work in HK, Macau and China offices when require to oversee operations of the Group
