Job Description
Executive Officer
Research Services Office
Responsibility:
- Assist in handling research grant applications and internal research funding requests;
- Support the internal monitoring of granted projects;
- Manage research-related records and documentation;
- Support the development of institutional research repository, and;
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the functions of the Research Services Office.
Requirements:
- Should be Master’s degree holders in any disciplines, with some relevant administrative experience in tertiary institutions, or;
- Should be Bachelor's degree holders in any disciplines with at least two years’ relevant administrative experience in tertiary institutions;
- Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Should possess IT proficiency; good interpersonal, organization and problem-solving skills; attentiveness to details, neatness and accuracy; and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity;
- Experience in research or supporting funded projects will be an advantage.
