Job Responsibilities

Provide a full spectrum of company secretarial duties and statutory compliance matters for private group of companies

Assist in drafting minutes and resolutions for private group of companies

Maintain and update company secretarial records and routine filings
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Corporate Governance or relevant discipline
-
At least 5 years of company secretarial experience, preferably in professional firm or listed company
-
Member of HKCGI
-
Solid knowledge of the Companies Ordinance and other applicable regulations
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
-
Strong sense of responsibility, well-organised, detail minded, good team player and good communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Chinese Word processing and CSA software
-
Able to work under pressure and independent to handle the private group of companies
