Job Description
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors to ensure that builders work / E&M / A&A work facilities are maintained

Work with various stakeholders to optimize cost and performance of all contracts
-
Manage budget, progress and effectiveness of all works and property management
-
Obtain and analyse quotations for all works involved
-
Oversee/manage the repair and maintenance works and building services of our properties
-
Act as project coordinator with consultants and contractors on A&A works, renovation and development projects
-
Overall project management, control project progress, cost and quality of works
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Building/construction related discipline, Building Services / Building Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
-
Minimum 6 years project management experience on landlord’s side in building development, renovation and maintenance works
-
Familiar with government building procedures and requirements
-
Capable of budget preparation and cost assessment
-
Experience in tender arrangement and contract administration
-
Experience in landlord premises maintenance and renovation is preferred
-
Good writing skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in PC applications
