Graphic Designer – Digital & Social Media (Marketing)

What You Will Do…

• Design and produce creative, eye-catching social media content tailored for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

• Develop digital media assets such as web banners, email graphics, digital ads, and animated GIFs to enhance Lead8’s digital marketing efforts.

• Filming and editing videos for social media and digital campaigns, including short-form video clips and motion graphics.

• Create short form GIFs and animated graphics to elevate storytelling and engagement across channels.

• Manage the organization and archiving of digital image assets for easy retrieval and reuse.

• Ad hoc photography needs for events, studio shoots, and promotional activities when required.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure consistency and creativity in digital communications.

• Stay updated with current trends in social media design, digital advertising, and motion graphics techniques.

What You Will Need…

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital and social media content creation.

• Portfolio demonstrating skill in social media asset production, motion graphics, video editing, and digital media design.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro or similar). Willingness to engage with new design tools to promote efficiency.

• Interest or background in architecture and design is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude toward asset management.

• Good teamwork skills to work effectively cross-functionally.

• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
