Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

1) Content Creation & Copywriting（內容創作與文案）
• Develop bilingual copy (English & Traditional Chinese) for social media, website, e-shop, and EDM
• Support the drafting of press materials, product highlights, and event announcements
• Assist in preparing media materials and brand articles

撰寫社交平台、網站、E-shop、EDM 文案與主題貼文
支援媒體稿、產品亮點、活動公告等文字需求
協助品牌新聞稿撰寫與媒體素材整理

2) Digital & E-shop Coordination（數位與 E-shop 協作）
• Prepare and organize product descriptions, visuals, and promotional texts for website and e-shop updates
• Coordinate with the Digital Operations Lead to ensure timely and accurate content upload
• Assist in drafting and proofreading EDM, banner, and campaign materials
• Support integration and tracking of content across social media and website

3) Brand, PR & Event Campaign Support（品牌、PR 與活動支援）
• Assist in PR and marketing event campaigns (e.g. media tastings, product launches, KOL collaborations)
• Conduct market research and gather creative insights for content improvement
• Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and internal documents

協助 PR 與活動宣傳企劃（如媒體試菜、品牌活動、KOL 合作等）
蒐集市場趨勢及靈感，提出內容建議
協助準備簡報、行銷素材及內部文件

Requirements / 任職要求

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

市場營銷、工商管理或相關學科文憑或以上程度

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communication (preferably in F&B industry).

一至三年行銷、內容或數位傳播經驗（具餐飲行業經驗者優先）。

• Strong bilingual writing ability (English & Traditional Chinese) with a good sense of storytelling and tone of voice.

中英文書寫流暢，具品牌語調及故事感掌握能力。

• Familiar with major social media platforms (IG, Facebook, 小紅書, LinkedIn).

熟悉主流社交媒體平台操作與內容規劃。

• Basic knowledge of design and digital tools: Canva, Photoshop, and CMS (WordPress / Shopify / Wix).

具備基本設計與數碼工具知識：Canva、Photoshop 及 CMS（WordPress／Shopify／Wix 其一）。

• Detail-oriented, creative, organized, and collaborative.

具創意、細心、有條理，樂於跨部門合作並能同時處理多項工作。

• Good communication skills and proactive attitude toward teamwork and project coordination.

具良好溝通能力，主動積極、善於團隊協作。
