Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the group's accounting function, both Hong Kong and PRC.

● Lead a small team to handle a full set of accounts, bank reconciliations, preparation of management report, forecast/budget, taxation, and auditing, etc.

● Prepare and present monthly financial reports and consolidated reports timely and accurately.

● Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's long-term financial stability and growth.

● Implement effective cash management strategies and optimize working capital.

● Work and assist the business team to build an annual budget and perform periodic tracking and monitoring.

● Assist in system integrations if needed

● Provide guidance and support to senior management in making strategic financial decisions.

● Formulate budget and forecasting processes, manage the timeline and deliverable.

● Responsible for standardizing and streamlining SOP, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function

● Handle annual tax filing, liaison with external auditor for annual audit

● Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines such as Finance and Accounting or Business related subjects.

● Minimum 5-10 years of solid experience in a related field, preferably within the retail & renovation industry.

● With good coordination, planning and executive capability

● Excellent analytical skills and ability to think both strategically and laterally.

● Self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.

● Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment with a positive attitude.

● Strong communication skills to all levels in the organization and agility to work within a team environment.

● Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

● Immediate availability is preferred
