We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Officer/ Assistant Operation Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing local and international logistics support to the sales department, responding to customer inquiries, managing contracts effectively, and overseeing annual ISO certification audits.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive logistics support to the sales department for both local and international operations.
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Manage contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
· Oversee the preparation and execution of annual ISO certification audits, ensuring adherence to standards.
· Assist in the coordination of sales activities and communications with other departments.
· Maintain and update sales records and databases.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
· Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in logistics.
· Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
