Project Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Clerk to join our dynamic team at Sentech Design & Contracting Co., Ltd'. As a Project Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects in the Lai Chi Kok Sham Shui Po District area. This full-time position will involve managing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining and updating project records, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports
2. Preparing and distributing project-related correspondence, such as meeting minutes, memos, and notifications
3. Assisting with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
4. Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and managing project files
5. Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in project documentation
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations

What we're looking for

1. DSE Graduate or above
2. 1 year working experience
3. Having Shipping Experience is an advantage
4. Good English in both of writing and speaking
5. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation
6. Proficient in the use of project management software and office productivity tools
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
8. Relevant experience in a construction or project management environment
9. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
