Business Development Executive

About us:

Responsibilities:

1. Overseas Partner Relationship:

• Greet and build relationships with Western partners during their visits to Hong Kong (about 4 - 5 times a year).
• Most partners are in Western countries (90%) with some in Hong Kong (10%).

2. Sales Support and Collateral Design:

• Learn about the company's products and services.
• Create new sales materials every quarter.
• Assist the team with business development and client relationship management.

3. SOP Monitoring, Workflow Improvement, and Cross-Department Coordination:

• Oversee and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments—including sales, operations, and customer service—to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional communication.
• Facilitate feedback loops with internal teams to ensure workflow changes align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field.
• English Degree holders are welcome (90% of clients are from Western countries).
• Passion for meeting Western entrepreneurs is a plus.
• Experience or talent in using Canva for simple designs is a bonus.
• Fluent Cantonese is required (10% of business partners are from Hong Kong).
• Outgoing with good communication skills.

• 3 years of Full Time business development experience is preferred.

• Less than 3 years of experience will be considered for a trainee position.

Salary & Benefits:

The monthly salary is in the range of HK$20,000 - HK$27,000. On the job training will be provided.
