About the role
As a Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk at Get Started HK Limited, you will play a vital role in maintaining the clients' financial records and supporting the accounting team. This full-time position is based in the Central and Western District, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about bookkeeping and small practice accounting.
What you'll be doing

Performing daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciling accounts for clients.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other tax-reporting-related documents

Collaborating with the accounting team to provide support and resolve any issues that arise

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a small practice or SME environment

Strong proficiency in data entry, invoicing, and general bookkeeping tasks

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records

Solid understanding of accounting principles, processes, and software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Excel)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
