Job Description
Responsibilities:

Serve key or sensitive clients
-
Resolve complex complaints and satisfy customers' needs by providing efficient feedback and the best solutions
-
Assist Manager in risk assessment for potential problems which may have negative customer impact
-
Monitor and maintain CS service delivery and quality, ensure the team works efficiently
-
Handle escalation cases from CS teammates or internal departments
-
Conduct CS training and identify training and refreshment training needs
-
Conduct the market intelligence analysis
-
Attend vendor meetings and support for assigned test programs
-
Establish effective communication channel for CS team and other functional departments
-
Analyze the turnaround time in doing the performance assessment for correction and improvement (key account)
-
Get readiness to answer all ad-hoc customer enquiries and complaints (key account)
-
Work closely with KAM in providing quick respond and feedback to key customers (key account)
-
Physical works involving in manual handling and/or lifting and moving samples may be required as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in any discipline
-
Minimum 5 years of customer services experience, commercial testing laboratory, manufacturing,
-
trading, buying office or merchandising field, of which 1-2 years at supervisory level
-
With knowledge on the key account customer profiles is advantage
-
Good command in English, Mandarin& Cantonese.

Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills
-
Patient and detail-minded
-
Hand-on skills in MS Word & Excel as well as other computer applications
-
Less experience is considered as Assistant Supervisor
