職位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming calls/emails/Social media enquiries from customers.
  • Perform reconciliations on the client accounts records when needed.
  • Ensure the client referential data are entered in the information system by adhering strictly to the existing operating procedures and promotion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Input data from paper documents into computer systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data and make corrections when necessary.
  • Analytical and detailed oriented.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent customer service attitude, Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Hard-working, punctual.
  • Well-organized, Independent and Self-initiated.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, planning and management skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services, e-commerce experience will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • 5 days’ work per week, 10 hours work.
