Senior Marketing Executive

The Role

As part of the Marketing business role, this incumbent would plan and execute digital and marketing activities, measure performance of all marketing campaigns, identify trends and insights for our products/services.  The incumbent will work closely with internal and external parties from our focus industries to deliver contents of high professional standards.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives
• Drive website traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and increase the leads number through existing digital marketing channels and online platforms
• Produce marketing materials for online channels including website, social media and external online media
• Monitor performance and results of digital marketing campaigns
• Work with internal and external parties to deliver contents of high professional standards
• Explore and evaluate new digital marketing channels suitable for our services and market segments, and proactively bring in new ideas and update market trend
• Gather market intelligence and researches to gain customer insight
• Support effective and creative marketing strategies for exhibitions and related products via different channels
• Work as a team to assist the total success of all exhibition products, e.g. physical exhibitions and conferences

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of work experience in related field with a minimum of 2 years in digital marketing
• Degree holder or above in Marketing / Advertising / Business or related discipline
• Able to drive the project by communicating and influencing different level of stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager is a must
• Knowledge on Eloqua, Wordpress and HTML would be a plus
• Ability to work in detail both independently, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
