Research Assistant (Mystery Shopper)

About the role

MPEG (HK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Research Assistant (Mystery Shopper) to join our team in our Lai Chi Kok office in the Sham Shui Po District. This full-time position will involve conducting mystery shopper programs and market research to provide valuable insights to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Managing Mystery Shopping to assess the customer experience

• Providing training and support to mystery shoppers

• Maintaining the quality of the report 

• Assisting with ad-hoc market research programs
   

What we're looking for

• Good time management

• A strong sense of responsibility

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Good writing skills

• Enjoy working on reports and texts

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus

• Higher Diploma or above is a plus

• Fresh graduates will be considered
