Marketing Assistant

• Support marketing team for daily clerical work
  
• Provide administrative support for sales team, including prepare regular reports and presentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, and third parties on the other marketing materials.
• Assist in coordination and execution of overall marketing activities and communications, including but not limited to brand, advertising, PR, events
• Work closely with different parties in executing promotions and activities
• Liaise with teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Handle phonein call and provide excellence customer service.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform assigned duties

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent in business, marketing or related disciplines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication skills and easy to get along with people
• Proactive, Selfmotivated, outgoing, responsible and passionate on work
• Capable of working independently in details with a pleasant personality
• Interesting in food industry
