Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Director of Marketing and Admissions who believes in Bloom’s mission to create compassionate creators and social innovators. You have a long track record of marketing and admissions success at other schools (or similar enterprises). You are someone who parents can come to trust easily, and you are a great leader who can guide the marketing and admissions teams to do their very best work. You are comfortable engaging with parents and colleagues of diverse backgrounds, and you are a congenial professional who can influence others to act in service of the school’s growth.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Admissions and Marketing includes:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize recruitment processes.
- Oversee end-to-end admissions for Primary and Secondary Schools, including strategy implementation, tours, and parent liaison.
- Design engagement strategies to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Work with teaching staff on effective student assessments.
- Build partnerships with local brands and kindergartens for recruitment.
- Manage financial aid/scholarship processes
- Analyze enrollment data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop a marketing plan aligned with school mission and enrollment goals.
- Enhance the Bloom Academy brand through impactful marketing and PR activities.
- Optimize marketing spend to attract relevant parents effectively.
- Ensure all communications reflect the school’s vision and values.
- Engage stakeholders to expand outreach and reputation.
- Recruit and manage a skilled marketing team and collaborate with top agencies.Manage an admissions and marketing team.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Over 7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with proven expertise in admissions and marketing, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing enrollment trends.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for education.
- High proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal communication), fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
