Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media/ Creative/ Account Servicing) (Agency)

Job Duties:

• Work with the team to create appealing content including feeds, articles, graphics and promotional campaigns on social media channels

• Develop creative ideas, formulate social media and influencer strategy for pitching purpose and win the deal with BD team

• Assist in influencer management, including contact, recruitment, communication and performance analysis

• Work with influencer to develop successful campaign for clients

• Maintain strong client relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction with outstanding service level

• Manage multiple social media channels including campaign execution, responding enquiry, provision of insights for clients

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties including key opinion leaders, graphic designer, vendor

• Research on latest market trends, provide insights and recommendations for campaign performance review with client

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in digital marketing, advertising or related fields

• 2-4 years of experience in Social Media/ Account Servicing is preferred

• Experienced in managing social media campaigns (Meta, Xiaohongshu, etc.), with strong skills in creative writing and influencer marketing.

• Well understanding of latest digital marketing trends would be an advantage

• Excellent presentation, pitching, influencing and communication skills with analytical mindset

• Energetic, responsive, organized and passionate

• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English

• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media)
