Job duties:

Perform data entry, handle general administration work and filing duties

Assist in vetting documents and helping others work in a quality management system

Provide clerical and administrative support to the department

Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties
Job requirements:
-
HKCEE/HKDSE or above with 2 years of clerical experience
-
Experience in construction industry is preferred
-
Proficiency in MS Office operations (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
-
Good team player, responsible with good communication skills
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
