Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties: 

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and project budgets

• Negotiating and managing supplier contracts

• Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying risks and implementing cost-saving measures

• Providing timely and accurate financial reporting to project stakeholders

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building Services/Building Studies or related disciplines.

• At least 4 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in E&M construction projects/building services contracts.

• Proactive, good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player.

• Good knowledge of general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Candidates with more experience and/or holder of professional membership such as MHKIS / MRICS may apply for “Senior Quantity Surveyor” or “Project Quantity Surveyor”.
