Assistant / Quality Assurance Officer

• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relevant internal parties to handle and follow up the complaint cases, prepare investigation report
• Monitor the whole investigation progress to ensure timely response and meet internal KPIs
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement in different quality processes.
• Support routine QA department functions
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the quality management system
• Assist in performance review record and data analysis report
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Science, Technology or engineering or above
• Sound laboratory’s technical or quality background
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
• Ability to interpret regulations and standards
• Strong math skills and working knowledge of statistical procedures
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Equipped with Internal Audit skills is preferred
