Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Preparing invoices, purchase orders and maintain payment records
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers and assist in daily operational support
- Assist in checking, organizing, and packaging goods, arranging transportation (e.g., SF Express) to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and simple customer inquiries when needed
- Form 6 or above; 2 year or more of office/administrative experience is preferred
- Basic written spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently
