Key Responsibilities:
YouTube-Focused Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging knowledge-based long-form videos tailored for YouTube, with a focus on driving audience awareness, retention, and conversion.

• Repurpose content into shorts/highlights for multi-platform use (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Conversion-Oriented Storytelling

• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to craft content that not only informs but also persuades viewers to take action (sign up, learn more, convert).

• Interpret video performance data (CTR, retention, watch time) to refine future edits.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing strategists, and talent (e.g., traders/instructors) to build high-impact video narratives.

• Help shape video ideas, structure, and pacing from concept to delivery.

Trend & Industry Awareness

• Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm updates, editing styles, social trends, and investment-related content formats (trading vlog, talking head explainer, shorts etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Video editing and production experience, preferably for YouTube or educational/finance content.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or motion graphics is a plus).

• Exceptional visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Basic knowledge or strong interest in finance, trading, or investment content.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
