We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in contract cost monitoring, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting

• Monitor project costs against forecasts on an ongoing basis

• Prepare claim submissions and handle payment

• Liaise with external and internal parties on contractual matters

• Review correspondence and give advice on responses regarding contractual matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related engineering disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience with exposure in government NEC projects is preferred

• Experience in cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor's accounts

• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written

• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of contractual matters

• Previous working experience in E&M industry is preferable
