職位描述

Location: Hong Kong, Central Plaza, Wanchai
Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
Reports to: Business Manager - RS Spares and Services

Description of Work:

Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, acknowledge, clarify and follow up customer enquiries
  • Check product / service cost and status through SAP or with the factories
  • Identify the lowest cost from various factories, negotiate for the price break offer if necessary
  • Interface with factories / relevant departments to process unblock process, obtain latest product cost, catalogue and changes of technical information
  • Prepare spare parts and service quotations, submit quotations, follow up purchase order with customers, verify and book the orders
  • Consolidate and submit data to logistics & admin team for order processing, assist to prepare customer invoices
  • Co-ordinate with factories to improve delivery lead time to meet customers’ need
  • Arrange logistics for repair / overhaul service and other ad. hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or University graduate
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage but not a must
  • Well-organized, responsible, customer oriented and team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel

We offer a 5-day work week and hybrid work environment.
