Key Responsibilities  

1. Sales & Revenue Growth  

    Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts with carriers and operators to maximize profitability
  • Achieve sales targets.  

2. Account & Relationship Management  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts (e.g., carriers, ISPs)
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive engagement and problem-solving

3. Market Intelligence & Analysis  

  • Collect market intelligence and competitor offerings to position services effectively .
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare market analysis.


4. Operational Coordination  

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services (e.g., network provisioning, troubleshooting) .
  • Work with billing team to ensure on time customer payment.


5. New Business Development  

  • Hunt for and onboard new carrier partners globally
  • May attend industry events to expand networks


Qualifications & Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3+ years in wholesale telecom sales, carrier relations, or telecom solutions .
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing high-value accounts .
  • Proficient in Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
  • Travel required for client meetings or industry events .
