Job Purpose
We are recruiting an experienced and strong HR Manager to lead our HK HR team, covering all aspects of human resources management across different business divisions and functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR daily operations complied with local regulations/laws and in line with internal policies/process, driving the implementation of HR strategies that enhance the organization capability, enable business success and drive people engagement and development in Hong Kong and Macau.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy Implementation - work closely with senior management to understand the company's strategic goals and translate them into practical HR interventions, gain alignment on the people agenda and priorities, implement, regularly review and adjust HR plans / initiatives for the HK office.

Recruitment - develop suitable sourcing strategies / plans, drive recruitment process, and partner with business to assess and select right candidates.

Performance Management - deploy performance management process in business; build strong performance culture; track performance issues and propose solutions to address the common issues.

Employee Relations - Promote a positive work environment that values open communication, diversity, and collaboration. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost employee engagement and retention. Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and company HR policies in all employee - related processes.

Organization Development - partner with business leaders to develop ‘fit for purpose’ organization structure and strategic workforce planning; review organization efficiency and productivity benchmarking, develop action plan to address the gap if necessary; ensure right people in the right roles; drive effective change management solutions as needed.

Talent Management - 1) mission critical role succession planning; 2) Initiate and drive talent programs for respective business as needed.

Compensation and Benefits - Ensure quality execution of Sales Incentive Plan and yearly Bonus Incentive Plan process in business. Manage the day-to-day administration of the compensation and benefits program in the HK office, ensuring it remains competitive and compliant with local regulations. Conduct regular market research to benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry standards and recommend adjustments when needed.

Closely work with HR CoE and Share services to ensure quality HR service delivery to HK businesses.

Supervise the local administration team to deliver the quality services to local staff.

Build effective and engaging HR team; Develop HR talent as priority.

Key Functional Competencies & Technical Skills

Minimum 10 years’ working experience in HRBP or Generalist area, with minimum 3 years in HR team leader role, preferred with admin management experience.

Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred.

Strong at any/some of the HR domains: recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, organization development, talent development.

Good command of English

Bachelor degree or above
