AI Solution Engineer / Model Algorithm Engineer

Model Algorithm Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business scenario requirements of government and enterprise customers.

• Collaborate with Solution Manager to complete fine-tuning training of customer proprietary models.

• Perform application validation (POC) for solving customer problems.

• Assist with environment setup, business process code analysis and problem localization.

• Help customers with model and application performance tuning.

• Solve problems in AI-enabled business scenarios for government and enterprise customers with professional service capabilities and close the sales loop.

• K8S/Docker adaptation environment build and maintenance.

AI Solution Engineer Job Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for collecting and analyzing industry trends, competitor information and customer business requirements.

• Responsible for the system architecture, module design and optimization of large model service and designing the application solution of Smart Computing + General Computing.

• Participate in relevant customer exchange meetings, salon forums and other activities to make program presentations.

• Monitor project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectations

• Collect customer feedback and continuously optimize and improve the solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics or other related majors.

• Master's degree from 985/211 institutions is preferred.

• 3+ years of project experience in big model or algorithm R&D and application, software development.

• Familiar with the basic principles of deep learning, skilled in the use of TensorFlow, PyTorch and other mainstream frameworks.

• Proficient in Python, familiar with data cleaning, labeling and pre-processing process.

• Master model compression, quantization, pruning and other techniques, understand distributed computing framework.

• Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker, understand the use and management of mainstream cloud computing platform.

• Preferably with professional and technical title or project management certification PMP.

• Familiar with NVIDIA or Rise technology principles.

• Familiar with project implementation process, including customer requirement insight analysis, network architecture design, software development or project implementation management process.
