Senior Associate/ Associate (Middle East Projects)

To cope with rapid business expansion in our Dubai and KSA Offices, we are seeking talented & highly motivated individuals to join our Middle East project teams’ to work on international projects. The individual will report to our Middle East Team leaders in HK and will be client facing. Based in our Hong Kong studio, with occasional travel to the Middle East region.

Job Description:

• Providing Project & Design management for Middle East projects that are being undertaken by our HK & China teams;

• Acting as the primary contact between our HK/China and Dubai/KSA studios;

• Managing and coordinating internal and external design consultant teams;

• Managing the process of development from concept through Issue for Construction;

• Responsible for overviewing the work of the design team to meet the project scope as per contract;

• Managing communications with our Dubai/KSA studios.

Requirements:

• Overseas educated for degree & postgraduate; 

• Master's degree in Architecture;

• Minimum 8 years of postgraduate experience;

• Middle East or UK/US studios experience, Dubai specific experience preferred;

• Strong management, presentation, oral & written communication skills in English;

• Trilingual preferred to ensure smooth communication between the studios;

• Strong design development & project delivery skills;

• Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Associate position.
