Associate

Job Requirement:

• Architectural Degree holders and Registered Architect with minimum 10 years' solid design experience on International/Hong Kong and PRC projects;
• Experience in master planning of large-scale development projects, railway, residential and/or mix-use development;
• In-depth knowledge on sustainable design and details;
• With hands-on experience in using REVIT software in preparation of GBP and tender drawings;
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in design management;
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill;
• Proficiency in English and Putonghua.
