Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the project manager for both internal and external supply chain projects; take meeting minutes, prepare the presentation material, drive user acceptance test, perform process documentation and provide training to the actual users
2. Provide support on data analysis during RFQ phase, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to calculate the required warehouse space, labor and investment needed of each tender.
3. Support the manager to drive business process improvement initiatives.
4. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
2. At least 2 to 3 years work experience preferably in Supply Chain Operation
3. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Familiar with MS Office
5. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
6. Immediate available is highly preferred
7. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior position (Assistant Manager grade)
