Supply Manager / Purchaser

About the role

Teltonika is a global technology group developing and manufacturing IoT solutions, electronics, and industrial devices for international markets.

Teltonika Hong Kong office is looking for an experienced Supply Manager / Purchaser to strengthen our global electronics supply chain.
This role is focused on electronics and mechanical components sourcing, supplier management, and close cooperation with manufacturing partners across the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers of electronic and mechanical components

• Work with PCB material suppliers, including laminates, copper, chemicals, and other PCB-related materials

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and reliability

• Conduct price negotiations and support long-term supply agreements

• Monitor market trends, raw material price movements, and supply risks

• Support new supplier development and alternative sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the electronics supply chain and manufacturing industry ecosystem

• Knowledge of key electronics industry players (components, PCB, EMS, materials)

• Proven experience in supplier evaluation and negotiations

• Experience working with electronic and mechanical components

• Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent Chinese (spoken and written); English proficiency required

Nice to Have

• PCB manufacturing or PCB materials sourcing experience is a strong advantage
