Job Description
• Proactively identify and engage potential partners in AI and healthcare technology across Mainland China and SEA regions, and identify key differentiators of these AI solution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze client requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and vice versa
• Work closely with these potential partners, our own R&D and Business Development teams to develop client demos, technical presentations, and sales materials that highlight product advantages over competitors.
• Monitor global AI and healthcare technology trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Support pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives with these partners to validate solutions.
• Travel frequently to Mainland China for partner engagement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in partnership development, preferably in the healthcare sectors.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Solid experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced projects
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Partnership Manager role.
