Service Technician/ Engineer

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                             

• Respond promptly to emergency technical support calls.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other related security equipment.

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to restore system functionality.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service activities including fault reports, repairs, and parts usage.

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth service handover after system installation.

• Comply with company safety protocols and quality standards during all service operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Security Personnel Permit is mandatory.

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Technology, or related fields preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in after-sales service or technical support for CCTV, access control, and security alarm systems.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in CCTV cameras, video surveillance, network systems, and access control programming.

• Basic understanding of networking, structured cabling, and security system integration is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
