Specialist, Product Compliance and ESG

Your tasks:

• Support administrative tasks related to product and vendor compliance, including compliance data collection and analysis.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams as well as customers to ensure product compliance with EU regulatory requirements.

• Assist with various projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team goals.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in responsible sourcing/product compliance in China and/or Southeast Asia, preferably within the sourcing industry.

• Relevant certifications in product compliance or sustainability (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) are an advantage.

• Experience with data analysis tools and software is preferred.

• Knowledge of social compliance standards (e.g., ICS, amfori BSCI, SMETA) and familiarity with EU regulations (CE, CBAM, EUDR, CSRD, CSRDD) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Good at office suite software, like MS office, Google workspace etc.
