Sales Associate

About the role

Daikoku Drug Hong Kong Limited is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Full-time Sales Associate to join our retail team in Tsim Sha Tsui. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales operations of our store.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for handling the daily operations of the store, including product display, stocking, shelving, cashier duties, and general administrative tasks.
• Actively promote products and provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
• Strive to achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company.

What we're looking for

• Secondary school education level, with three or more years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Responsible, team-oriented, proactive, approachable, and patient personality.
• Strong customer service skills, enthusiastic and proactive, with good communication and sales abilities.
• Fluent Cantonese, with basic knowledge of English and Mandarin.

• Required to work in shifts
  Candidate with better experience would consider as Supervisor

負責處理店舖日常運作，包括: 貨品陳列, 配貨, 上架, 收銀,一般事務等工作

主動推銷貨品及提供優質顧客服務, 與顧客建立及維繫良好關係

積極達至及超越公司訂下的銷售目標

 工作要求

中學程度, 具三年或以上零售銷售經驗者優先考慮

有責任心, 有團隊合作精神, 個性積極, 具親和力, 有耐心

良好顧客服務, 熱情主動, 備良好溝通及銷售技巧

良好粵語，一般英語及普通話

需輪休

經驗較資深者可被考慮為 Supervisor
