Job responsibilities:

Handle daily phone-in pickup orders & enquires & account opening procedure

Perform data entry to system and routine data updates

To coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems

Collect feedback and suggestion from customers and escalate to the next level for continual improvement

Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
-
Working Hours (5 day work): Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, assigned by company
Job requirements:
-
Diploma or above
-
1-2 years solid experience in Customer Services
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Good telephone manner and communication skills
-
Knowledge in MS Office
-
Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
