Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage for the Group’s finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, internal controls, and cash flow management while mainly supporting business in HK, plus little parts for PRC and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an Accounting officer to ensure the operation efficiency.
• Responsible for the financial reporting, planning, analysis, budgeting, forecast, annual audit, tax planning & compliance, cash flow management and costing controls with business performance evaluations.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting functions, including but not limited to AP/AR, bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and GL maintenance.
• Provide monthly financial performance review to the Management Board and provide advice for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies to mitigate risks and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to drive the invoice receivable including account reconciliation, debt collection etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Full membership of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in internet / E-commerce industries preferred.
• Exposure to HK, PRC and Malaysia accounting/tax regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in MYOB preferred, advanced Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and cross-functional communication.
• Independent, Attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines.

• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Financial Manager.
