Officer – Integrated Logistics

About the role

The Integrated Logistics Head Office team functions as a strategic control tower—monitoring station performance through regular business reviews, data analysis, and cross-regional coordination. The team supports management in rolling out headquarter initiatives and shaping overall strategy and organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of key management meetings, including Monthly Review, Quarterly Business Review, Executive Committee, and Global Meeting.
• Coordinate with overseas stations and key functions to support reporting, ensure successful implementation of headquarter initiatives with timely follow‑ups, facilitate cross‑regional collaboration.
• Analyze operational and financial data to maintain and enhance management dashboards (e.g., financial KPIs, warehouse occupancy and profitability, sales pipeline, AR performance).
• Facilitate Logistics Service Agreement and IT charge approvals by reviewing documentation, identifying potential risks, and coordinating with country teams to validate mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, together with 3+ years of 3PL logistics experience, is considered an advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with management, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect insights across functions and regions.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
