Job Responsibilities:

Handle a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, performance management, and employee relations, etc.

Provide one-stop account services to designated divisions and act as a focal point of contact for employees concerned
-
Embody a distinctive ‘can-do’ attitude to collect functional requirements and identify practical solutions for front-line managers and staff
-
Ensure HR practices and procedures align with legislative requirements
-
Work closely with stakeholders on different HR projects
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
-
At least 3-4 years’ solid working experience in the Human Resources field
-
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
-
Proactive, meticulous, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines with good organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication skills; good command of English and Chinese
-
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Exposure in FlexHRM is definitely an advantage
-
Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Human Resources Officer
