Responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for daily work of HR;
-
Handle all recruitment activities and payroll administration;
-
Perform clerical duties including employment letter and staff correspondence preparation;
-
Handle documentary filing system including staff personal records & data;
-
Participate in assigned HR projects;
-
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by HR manager
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above;
-
At least 1 year relevant experience is preferred;
-
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English;
-
Knowledge to PC software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
-
Be pro-active, detail-minded and ready to meet challenges;
-
Attention to details, well-organized, self-initative;
-
Immediate available preferred.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:10 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)
